Dr. Seday Samuel
Dr. Seday an elite in the health and fitness arena given her work as a clinical researcher primarily focused on obesity; while teaching indoor cycling for 11 years.
Dr. Seday decided to focus on disease prevention and health promotion. This is the primary reason she wanted to open a cycle studio where her customers can experience a great class as well as have a one-on-one consultation.
She says “my goal is to provide an amazing and dynamic experience in each and every class where my students are motivated, entertained but most importantly educated to pursue a healthy lifestyle."
Ted has over 10 years of cycling experience and has been teaching for over 2 years. He focuses on a motivating indoor cycle fitness journey, using music, cycle movement, and resistance. People who take this class will be moved toward fat burn and muscular development. Unlike standard indoor cycle classes, Dynamic studio's, Rhythm with Blue, combines traditional and non-traditional cycle movements to the rhythm of the latest hip-hop, old school, reggae, mashup, remix or dub beats. If you missed your session with your trainer, his class is an excellent option. In his spare time he enjoys catching up on football, he is a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Pam’s top interest in life is choosing to be HAPPY-being and instructor for 13 years has kept me happy, healthy and brought me joy in helping others reach their fitness goals while maintaining my own. I used to be that girl on the back row saying "I will never make it through this class" Look at me know-so never say never-just jump on and enjoy the ride!
Kim is a former Engineer turned Elementary Teacher who then fell in love with indoor cycling. Her new classroom is a cycle studio. Kim loves to keep her classes fresh by continually challenging class attendees according to their fitness level. She also likes to keep her classes positive by having theme related rides for encouragement through song.
Dante has been teaching indoor cycling for two years and enjoys motivating his students to be a better version of themselves. Dante’s hopes to one day visit all seven continents.
Maggie is an AFAA certified personal trainer with certifications in kickboxing, cycling and pilates for the past five years. She enjoys motivating and building personal relationships with her clients to get a better understand of their goals and how she can assist in helping them reach their goals. Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and is a huge Braves fan.
Passionate about health and fitness- love too cook healthy (I do the recipes in the newsletter!) and am an avid tennis player. Originally from Florida and ran cross country in college. Previously owned a fitness studio and now work on small marketing projects and stay home with my two young daughters.
